1. Uploading: You can upload any file type except for the following list, and the file size limit is 5GB.
*note: the larger a file is, the longer it will take to upload and process

2. Downloading: Any file that has been uploaded successfully can be downloaded. *note: unless your Organization has requested us to disable downloading

File Size Limits That Support Viewing
Documents
Up to 1.02 million characters or up to 50 MB.
Spreadsheets
5,000,000 cells, with a maximum of 256 columns per sheet that need to be under 400,000 cells and 256 columns per sheet, up to 20 MB.
Presentations
Up to 100 MB
All other files (Image and PDF)
Up to 1-2 GB
Other integrations
If you are integrated with another file storage solution like Box or SharePoint into SalesHood, the supported file types may vary. When integrated with another file storage solution, files are viewed using the “viewer” given by the solution.
