Presentations Navigation

Getting to the Presentation Builder

To navigate to the new Presentations feature first click on “Presentations” in the left navigation bar.

If it’s your first time accessing the feature, you will be prompted to log in to your Shufflrr account, which will be provided to you with the purchase of the add-on feature.

Presentations Dashboard Components

Upon successful login to your Shufflrr account, you will be redirected to the Presentations dashboard.

Top Toolbar

The first area to note is the top toolbar navigation, where you will see “Presentations”, “Browse”, “Upload”, “Builder”, “Reports” and “Admin”

  • Presentations – The default view for creating custom decks.
  • Browse – Allows you to search and find preexisting decks from your SalesForce instance or that have been previously uploaded into the SalesHood presentation builder.
  • Upload – Upload presentation files directly to SalesHood.
  • Builder – Not yet available, stay tuned!
  • Reports – View reports on presentations that are preexisting in your instance.
  • Admin – Only available to Admin users.

Slide Tray

On the bottom left of the page, you will see your Slide Tray. This is where you can drag & drop in, or rearrange slides or files from other presentations linked to your SalesHood account, or uploaded directly to the Presentations Dashboard to create custom decks.

The slide tray will remember where you left off in your last session until the tray is “Cleared”. Here you can also “Save” your custom deck, or create a “Template” of the deck you are currently working on for future use.

Presentation Browser

To the right of the page, you will see an area to browse or search preexisting presentations. This is also where your presentations will appear once they have finished uploading and processing.

Drill down into a category by clicking on the name, or click on the “V” symbol to display a menu of options.
