This article cover the steps on resetting your SalesHood password. This article is only applicable to those users whose instances currently use Password based login.
If your SalesHood instances uses SSO (for example, you use Okta, Google, Microsoft Azure, etc.) you will need to contact your IT admin or internal administrator for login assistance.
Steps to Reset your SalesHood Password
In case you have forgotten your password or need to change it for any reason, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to your SalesHood instance (example: https://justinstestinstance.saleshood.com)
Step 2: Select “Forgot password?” that appears on the page

Step 3: Type in the email address linked to your account, and click on the “Send Me Password Reset Instructions” button.

Step 4: In the email received to reset your password > Click Change my password

Step 5: Enter and Confirm your new password and click Change My Password

Please Note: If after 30 minutes you still do not receive an email from SalesHood to reset your password, please reach out to us at support@saleshood.com
