We’re pre-announcing Content Management feature updates to be released on June 7th. We’re solving more Content Effectiveness problems because we’re hearing that teams want a single source of truth for Training, Onboarding and Content Sharing. We’re all about data-driven coaching and now data-driven content too.

  • Sales and marketing can now work even more closely together with our new and improved content publishing and content effectiveness tracking features.
  • Marketers can track and deliver just-in-time and in context content to sales and customer facing employees.

Thank you for the feedback and the continued partnership.

New Content Management Updates Coming on June 7

Content Creation Workflow Improvements
We made it easier for content publishers like Marketers to create Categories, Files, Huddles, and share Links.  All Content types are created and edited from the same place and with a similar workflow. We Introduced a new Files label and reintroduced the Huddle label.

Mass Add Files
Upload, Tag, and Assign single or multiple files all at once. Update existing files too.

Select Files From Library
Cross reference Files in different Library categories to avoid uploading duplicates.

New and Improved Content Viewer
Make viewing and engaging with content better with the full file Content viewer and improved navigation and experience. View Files in-line too.

SalesHood Content for Salesforce
The new SalesHood for Salesforce AppExchange app is available. SalesHood Content is now available in Salesforce on an Opportunity page layout. Prescribe content by mapping Files to sales stages in Salesforce. The public AppExchange listing will be live shortly. The private AppExchange listing is available right now. We’ll gladly help you get it set up in sandbox and in production.

Thank You!

We want to hear from you and help you use these new resources in your go-to-market strategies. Please reach out with any and all feedback and suggestions.
